RESPONSIBILITIES

Perry performs strategic research and analyses to enhance Indevco Partners’ acquisition, asset management, and disposition processes, while providing day-to-day oversight of the implementation and adaptation of operational systems for the Indevco Companies.  

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Indevco Partners as its Director of Operations in 2007, Perry served a similar role for 10 years for Andrew J. Briefer Real Estate Advisory Services, Inc., a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm which analyzed complex commercial properties and vacant land for a variety of public and private sector clients. Perry’s earlier experience includes two additional years of real estate appraisal experience (1995-1997) and a stint as a research assistant (1994) in a study of stakeholder issues surrounding site selections for solid waste treatment facilities.
