RESPONSIBILITIES
Kory is responsible for construction services for Indevco Construction, Inc., a commercial construction company, and architectural services for Indevco A & E, Inc. He shares responsibility for the construction services provided by Indevco’s residential construction affiliate, Westcraft Builders, Inc.
EXPERIENCE
Kory Dingle was one of the founders of Indevco Construction, Inc. in 2005, of Indevco A&E, Inc. in 2006 and of Westcraft Builders, Inc. in 2007. He is responsible for the managing of Indevco’s construction and architectural operations throughout the State of Arizona. He also oversees the construction activities of residential contractor, Westcraft.
Prior to the formation of Indevco Construction, Kory was Project Director/Manager for The J. R. Tuttle Co., General Contractors of Tucson, Arizona. At J. R. Tuttle, he functioned as that company’s chief estimator, its primary liaison with design professionals, and project manager, coordinating interactions between subcontractors, owner and end users. Mr. Dingle was with J. R. Tuttle from 1995 to 2005.
From 1987 to 1995, Kory served as apprentice and then associate architect in the firm of John L. Mascarella & Associates. In these roles, his duties included programming, design, bidding/negotiating and management of construction.
Recent projects that Kory has been involved in include providing construction management as an advisor to the developer of the 127,000 square foot corporate center and training complex for Southwest Ambulance in Mesa, Arizona (selected by Southwest Contractor as Best Industrial/Warehouse Project of 2007), general contractor of a 55,000 square foot metals manufacturing plant in Tucson, Arizona, and architect and general contractor for several assisted living facilities in unincorporated Pima County, Arizona. Kory acted as the general contractor for a 28,000 square foot Velocity Sports Performance facility in Marana, Arizona. He collaborated with the Velocity franchise architect to design and construct the first stand-alone Velocity franchise in the country. |
